25 Startups collaborated with Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) to host an Entrepreneurs Lab workshop for TAR UMT students. The initiative aimed to inspire and cultivate future entrepreneurs among the student body. Our Program Manager, Eileen, shared an overview of key entrepreneurship qualities. Additionally, inspiring stories were shared by our startup founders, Ch’ng Tzyy Xun from Bonuus and Jaylee Ong from Aimsity, who recounted their entrepreneurial journeys, emphasizing the importance of passion and determination.
Going beyond passive learning, the Entrepreneurs Lab encouraged hands-on participation. Students were tasked with creating prototypes and crafting pitches in response to provided problem statements, enabling them to apply their newfound knowledge and creativity in a practical setting. The event left a lasting impression on participants, fostering a sense of empowerment and motivation to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors.
In conclusion, the Entrepreneurs Lab at TAR UMT was a significant success in nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit among students.
