25 Startups played host to both Dr. Kian-Ming Ong, Programme Director of Taylor’s University and Mr. Seelan Paul, CEO of NTV7, Media Prima who gave in-depth insights on the intersection of humanity and technology with leadership.

One of the memorable key takeways from their session, Leadership Intersection Between Humanity & Technology were the need to adapt to the changing times and to find ways of incorporating technology for the advancement of skills.

During the session, Mr Seelan Paul and Mr Ong Kian Ming shared their interesting experiences of how they have utilized technology in their professional lives. They gave thought-provoking examples from different perspectives, including different generations, highlighting the importance of embracing technology and its impact on leadership. The speakers also emphasized how social media can be a valuable tool for leadership in the current digital age.
